To be considered as an approved adopter, for our dogs, we ask that you please fill out a adoption application on our website. ****All Current pets must be spayed or neutered, and be up to date with Vaccines, no exceptions ****** You must be employed to adopt an animal, or show proof of income, and be over the age of 21 yrs of age. When filling out the application, please be sure to answer all the questions and provide us with ALL the information that we have requested. IF not, we will deny your application. The application process can sometimes take up to 5 days in some cases. A home visit is required before adoption can be finalized. We will contact you via email, when completed. We do not adopt out to the very first applicant. We place dog with the home, we feel would be the most compatible for the dog. We will NOT consider any application that states a dog will be kept outside. Our dogs are family members, and we expect them to share your home, as a family member would do. We require RE Check visits after the adoption to ensure that our dogs are not being kept as outside. The submission of an application does not guarantee the adoption of a dog. Meet and greets must take place in-person with all family members and they do not guarantee the adoption of the dog. We will not adopt out any small breed puppies (6 months and younger,) to families with children under the age of 6 years old. IF the post says the dog is available do not email and ask us as we will delete your email. Our adoption fees are as follows: Female and Males: $240.00 Mature dogs (over the age of 9 years) have a lower adoption fee. We have two locations, Palatka and Okeechobee. We will adopt out our dogs anywhere in the United States and Canada with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, however applicants must come to adopt in person, no shipping of any kind allowed. Emails are the best way of communicating with us, we can access emails even we are not at the rescue.
