Found in an abandoned garage in Detroit with her two puppies, Sakura and Hinata, Tsunade did everything in her power to keep her little family safe until help arrived. Her puppies have since gone on to foster homes — but Tsunade is still waiting for her own chance.<br/><br/>After surviving so much, Tsunade deserves more than just getting by. She deserves a soft bed, a safe space, and people who will show her love and kindness every single day. She’s ready to finally rest, decompress, and discover what it means to simply be a dog — no more struggling, no more worrying, just love and comfort.<br/><br/>Tsunade is playful and curious, still figuring out life off the streets, but her favorite thing by far is people. She adores affection, leans in for hugs, and is slowly learning the sweetness of kisses. With dogs, she does best with slow introductions, but with patience and understanding, she has the potential to blossom even more.<br/><br/>She is sweet, resilient, and eager to trust. What she needs now is a foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can begin her next chapter — one filled with safety, softness, and love. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption.
