Poor little Truman was found running scared through the streets of Baltimore City trying to survive. Kids were throwing cans and bricks at him. Although he is improving in his loving foster home, his previous life has left him somewhat fearful and he will require someone with previous dog experience and a lot of patience. He gains comfort from other dogs and will need a dog companion in his new home as well as a physically fenced yard.<br/>Can anyone help this little survivor?
