Demo came to us alongside her brother, Dex. They were given their names because both were suffering from demodectic mange when they were rescued. Demodectic mange is hereditary, not contagious, but because they had been surviving outdoors with their feral parents, they had also developed secondary skin infections.<br/><br/>Today, Demo has made a complete recovery and is a healthy girl. She is currently in a foster home, where she's slowly learning that people can be kind and trustworthy. While she's still quite shy, her confidence grows a little more each day.<br/><br/>Demo is incredibly sweet and gentle. Although she can be fearful in new situations, she has never shown any aggression.
