This delightful little guy was terribly abused by a homeless lady who had his HOGTIED and constantly kicking him. Of course we couldn't stand by and do nothing so we paid her just to get him away from her. At his vet exam he was diagnosed with two abdominal hernias.. surgery was performed right away and he has recovered beautiful. Not only did he recover from surgery but he has completely put his past behind him. !! We all love his spirit and strength. !! He gets along wonderfully with everyone – people, other dogs, and even cats! Troy is ready for the next step in his journey to a forever home. Troy, needs a loving local foster family to help him prepare for a new home or a loving family that would love a sweet companion.
