Trooper's Story

Trooper is a 6 month old brindle pittie mix with the biggest ears, the sweetest face, and a goofy personality that keeps everyone smiling. Just a few weeks ago, he was found as a stray with a broken jaw, but thanks to his amazing foster family, he has healed beautifully and is finally ready to find his forever home. At around 42 pounds and still growing, this sweet boy loves walks, zoomies, cuddles, toys, and being as close to his people as possible. He’s housebroken, travels great in the car, knows some basic commands, and is VERY food motivated.

Trooper has no food or toy aggression and has done well with kids, though like any puppy he is still learning manners. He gets very excited around other dogs, so more testing is needed before placement with a furry sibling. He is scheduled to be neutered in mid June and is looking for a foster-to-adopt home while he finishes up vetting. After everything he has been through, this happy little guy deserves the very best ending.

Adopters must live within 60 minutes of Jackson NJ.

If interested, please apply at pittiesandpals.com.

Many other dogs need our help, please consider donating or sponsoring a dog, if possible.

100% of all money received from adoption fees and donations goes directly back to support saving other dogs through Pitties and Pals Rescue. Pitties and Pals is a 501c(3) non-profit and we are 100 percent volunteer based. Please consider donating. We appreciate your support. Visit pittiesandpals.com.
