Trooper's Story

Meet Trooper — Your Future Best Friend!

If you’re looking for a big-hearted boy with a happy tail and an even bigger love for his people, let us introduce you to Trooper!

Trooper is a handsome 5-year-old red and white Pit Bull/American Bulldog mix (his exact mix is a bit of a mystery!), and he’s the kind of dog who just keeps stealing your heart the more you get to know him.

This sweet boy is the total package! He’s dog-friendly, kid-friendly, potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He’s also a wonderful car rider, so he’ll be the perfect copilot for your next adventure!

Trooper has a calm, easygoing personality and is a fairly quiet, low-energy guy. He’s just as happy curling up beside you on the couch for a cozy snuggle as he is heading out for a nice, long walk. And his tail? It seems to have a mind of its own because it’s almost always wagging!

Trooper is also working through some skin allergies, but the good news is that his skin has already improved tremendously with treatment! He’ll need to continue his medication while his skin finishes healing, and he’ll need a family committed to keeping him comfortable and feeling his best.

He’ll be neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he’ll be ready to head off to his forever home after his upcoming neuter.

Trooper doesn’t need a life full of excitement or adventure to be happy. He just wants a family to love, a comfy spot to relax, and people who will let him be part of their everyday lives.

Could you be the one Trooper has been waiting for? If you’re ready for a loyal, loving, easygoing companion with a permanently wagging tail, Trooper would love to meet you!
