Tripod Timmy's Story
Meet Timmy!<br/><br/>Timmy is a 15lb 10yo tripod poodle who has been dealt a very raw deal. <br/><br/>He is a senior dog with 3 leg and poor hearing that was dumped on a remote road in 19-degree weather. <br/><br/>Someone who knew he couldn’t survive in his own put him on the road and walked away.<br/><br/>His life was spared when a person contacted authorities and he was picked up. <br/><br/>Tim was confused, cold and shut down.<br/><br/>But that was then and this is now and since being found he has been doing well. He even became a fan favorite at the shelter, with everyone taking turns cuddling him. <br/><br/>He is neutered, up to date, chipped and had a dental- he is ready to go.<br/><br/>Timmy is looking for an adult home with dog experience. He doesn’t hear well and when startles he can whip around and show teeth, but once he realizes it’s you he calms down. <br/><br/>He is great with other dogs that are over 20lbs - he prefers them bigger then he is but he would thrive as an only as well. <br/><br/>He is house and pad trained. <br/><br/>Timmy is looking for a soft bed, a lap to curl up in and a place to live out his senior years with grace and dignity- could it be with you?<br/><br/>Put an app in on our website:<br/>www.redleashrescue.com
