Trip has been bounced around a bit . This larger 19 pound Chihuahua cross is 8 years old and was turned into a rural shelter originally by a family with younger children. He gets along well with adults and older children and has lived amiably with both dogs and cats.<br/>Trips' foster mum says he is practically perfect. He is house trained and house safe, rides well in the car, and knows a wide range of 'obedience' instructions. Trip would make a wonderful companion for a less active human, although he does love his daily walks. He does pull on leash but an experienced walker will be able to fix that with a front-fastening harness and some direction changes.<br/>Trip is vocal and will bark to warn his people of 'danger'. He greets all adult visitors with enthusiasm, but is not thrilled with toddler humans grabbing and touching him on top of his head. Understandable.<br/>Trip is in foster care in the Boise area.
