Trigger

One look into those soulful eyes, and you will fall in love! Trigger sure knows how to give you the look that will have you wrapped around his paw in no time!

In a short amount of time, he's learned to master the comforts of home life! Trigger went from lying in a crate where he felt safe to curling up on the couch next to his foster mom and finding his favorite spot on the bed each night. He went from hesitantly walking around the yard and reluctantly wanting to come back inside, to trotting around like he owns the place. To see him go from looking like a deer in headlights to proactively wanting love and attention has been beautiful to watch.

Trigger is pure joy and he will use those innocent brown eyes to stare at you with love and adoration. It's like he knows he's been saved. He is house trained, loves other dogs and would like to have a canine buddy to help him continue to build his confidence in his forever home.

**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment.

If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application.
