Tourmaline's Story
Meet Tourmaline - a 10 year old, 45 lb little lady who has been rescued and is not ready for retirement.

Tourmaline's number one compliment when people meet here is how puppyish she appears, however Tourmine is an older gal who has lived life and is now ready to spend her days leisurely.

Tourmaline is great on leash and can sometimes become excited to see other dogs but for the most part, other dogs are more interested in her than she is in them. In her golden years Tourmaline should be gifted a home with no other dogs so she can truly be someone's one and only for the first time in her life

Tourmaline is wonderful with all humans and even kids, being respectful, gentle and extremely independent when meeting strangers.

Tourmaline may have expereinced loss in the past so she can sometimes worry when being left alone. Her periodic bark is simply her letting you know that she values her time with you and she wants to spend whatever time she has left win your presence. Tourmaline loves to follow you around the home and aspires to become your shadow - a built in bestie!

Tourmaline is very easygoing, snuggly and totally housebroken.

Tourmaline loves treats and looks forward to fcuddling in her bed overnight.

Tourmaline was recently diagnosed with cancer however with her prognosis she still has alot of life left in her and our deepest wishes are that she gets to spend her remaining days in a real home that finally picks her for once.

Given Tourmaline's end of life care, her adoption fee has been sponsored and the sole goal is for her to be placed in the most loving home ever.

If you have it in your heart to fill Tourmaline's memories with safety and support, please apply to meet her today - what she cannot repay you with time, she will repay you with love.
