Toto is brand new to BR so we will learn more about him soon! He came to the shelter SEVERELY matted and anxious but was medically shaved down and seems to be ok under all of that dreadlocked coat. He is still getting settled with his foster and was just neutered before we pulled him so we need to get a bit more handle on his personality and have him vetted before we have him available for adoption but stay tuned!
