Toto

He will steal your heart as he begs to be freed from his crate. Once on leash outside, Toto is a social, curious, adventurer investigating all the people he sees. Toto came from an overcrowded WV shelter that we often partner with to give the lucky dogs more exposure and in just a few days, Toto, all 14 lbs. of him has won the hearts and minds of all those he has met. With his low center of gravity, pound for pound these little ones are surprisingly strong and Toto is no exception. But his desire to be with people is far more powerful than his desire to wander off. Better photos to come.

You can visit the dogs from noon - 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays, otherwise by appointment. We always recommend submitting an application (and a copy of recent vet records for your current pets if applicable) to info@aradopt.org.

Link to application: https://www.angelridgeanimalrescue.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Dog-Application.pdf
