Tori puppy - Tessa

ADOPTION OF A PUPPY UNDER 9 MONTHS OF AGE

The dog you are interested in is a puppy (under a year old). We have criteria for our adoptions of puppies. Puppies are adopted on a foster-to-adopt basis until the puppy is old enough to be neutered/spayed (we prefer them to be no younger than 7 months for females and 9 months for males). Houses with pools must demonstrate that puppies can be protected from the pool with fencing or a cover. Home visits for shots will be required, so puppies are adopted to homes in Maricopa County only. Puppies often have multiple potential adopters, so SPR evaluates what home is best matched with any given puppy and their expected home needs once they have grown.

Meet Tessa — Pretty, Spunky & Ready for Adventure!

Tessa is one beautiful girl with a spunky personality and an adventurous spirit! She’s athletic, energetic, and absolutely loves playing ball. If there’s a game to play or something fun happening, you can bet Tessa wants to be part of it!

And then there’s her jumping... Tessa has been known to have a little pogo stick hidden in those legs! She’s enthusiastic about life and sometimes thinks the best way to express that excitement is straight UP! With continued training and guidance, she’ll keep learning how to put all that puppy energy to good use.

Tessa is looking for a family who will enjoy her playful personality, keep her active, continue her training, and include her in plenty of adventures. In return, she’ll bring fun, laughter, and lots of love into their lives.

Pretty girl. Spunky personality. Athletic heart. Adventure ready.

Could Tessa be the girl you’ve been waiting for?

Tessa journey is just beginning. Could you be the special person who shows her that she is finally safe, loved, and home?

If you're looking for a playful, affectionate, and well-mannered companion who is already sleeping through the night, potty trained, and building great leash skills, Tessa may be the perfect addition to your family. Best with older kids. Also, Tessa will need another dog.

Apply today to meet Tessa and discover why everyone who meets her falls in love! https://savingpawsrescueaz.org/adoption-form/
