TORI: $0 to adopt + 1 yr FREE Heartworm Prevention's Story

Meet Tori!

2 years old | Mixed Breed | 31 lb

If happiness had a mascot, it might just be Tori.

Despite a rough start in life, Tori greets every day and every person she meets with a constantly wagging tail and a smile that could brighten anyone's day. She originally came to the shelter after being removed from a neglectful situation where she spent much of her life outdoors. She was later adopted, but through no fault of her own, changes in her owner's circumstances brought her back to the shelter.

Tori hasn't let any of that dim her spirit.

This sweet, affectionate girl absolutely loves people and adores children. She wants to be involved in everything you're doing and is always ready to hand out kisses, seek attention, or make a new friend. Her enthusiasm can sometimes get the best of her, and she may jump up when she's excited to see people, but with regular exercise, consistency, and positive reinforcement, she'll be very well behaved in no time!

Tori is an active young dog who would love a family that enjoys walks, playtime, adventures, or simply giving her an outlet for all that happy energy. At just 31 pounds, she's the perfect medium size. Big enough for adventures, small enough to fit comfortably into most homes.

Tori isn't a fan of cats and would probably do best without any inside the home. She hasn't made any doggie friends here at the shelter yet and we're unsure how she is with other dogs, so a scheduled meet & greet is required if you have other dogs!

Tori is mostly potty trained and may need a little patience while learning the routine in a new home, but she's eager to please and wants nothing more than to make her family proud.

Most of all, Tori is looking for something she's always deserved: a forever family that will love her for the rest of her life.

WAIVED ADOPTION FEE for approved adopters!

Free bag of dog food included

1 year of FREE Heartworm prevention included

Spayed, Heartworm and Lyme negative, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.

Interested in meeting and possibly adopting? Please start by filling out an application here https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/application-to-adopt-a-dog

Once we receive your application, a staff member will review it and contact you to schedule a meet and greet.
