Meet Tootsie Roll!<br/>This cutie is about 12 weeks and currently 16 lbs. Tootsie Roll’s coat is silky and shiny: Her mom is a yellow lab mix and we don’t know dad but he had to be a hound! <br/>SHe and her 10 siblings were dumped on the side of the road in WV. They’re now in MD foster homes and thriving! Tootsie Roll is in a home with kids and loves them dearly. She has met a cat and turned over to get a belly rub!<br/>Her gentle and infectious personality make her a perfect family dog.<br/><br/>Tootsie Roll loves to follow you around, she’s a cuddly and snuggly girl. Her favorite place is in your lap but don’t let that fool you! SHe can run and play with the best of them! <br/>Tootsie Roll does well on a leash and is food motivated.
