Wags Rescue welcomes Tootsie! This sweet girl is a Chihuahua/Rat terrier mix. She is 17 lbs and a senior lady of 10 years old. Don't let her age fool you though, she is an active little girl for sure. She is fine with other small dogs but gets a little nervous around big dogs. I have no clue about cats. She enjoys snuggling and taking walks. She does need a fenced yard so she can run and play. She is house trained; crate trained and walks well on a leash.
