This is Tootsie. She is a 2-year-old of small dog. We have a few clues with her breeding because she weighs 20 lbs, is black and has a curly tail so possibly a Basenji mix - which comes in black, have a curly tail, and an appropriate weight. Tootsie is a sassy sweet girl who is in search of a family. She would love to hang out with you and get attention, or go for walks around the neighborhood.
