Tony - Phoenix area (COURTESY POST)'s Story

Can you believe that Tony was surrendered by his owner? He's just a puppy, about 10 months old! Tony is looking for either a foster or adopted home to save him!

What behaviors do you think of in a puppy? Energizer bunny? Jumping bean? Baby shark teeth? Yep, yep, and yep. Although Tony’s last home claimed that he would try to grab at their clothes as they walked by and nip at them (never nipped or bit at their bodies or skin), we have seen ZERO nipping or biting from him these last few months.

Tony has had GREAT puppy behaviors, chewing only on toys. Tony knows to walk on a leash and loves to zoom around the yard. He also likes to do the cutest little hops and jumps like a bunny. At first Tony loved playing with his toys and treats but he has started to get depressed in boarding all day and would thrive in a home where he can get more attention!

Tony has done well with other dogs he’s met on a leash, however we always require slow introductions until they can co-exist easily. Just like human kids, dogs need separate down time in their own space after a big play! We can help with this timeline, training, and the steps to get Tony a part of your whole family!

-*-*-*-*-*-

Apply here today to talk to one of our volunteers and set up a time for your family to meet this dog! http://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/BPAZ/Dog

bravepawsaz@gmail.com
https://www.facebook.com/BravePawsAZ
