Tonic's Story

Tonic is a neutered male tricolor Sheltie. He is around 8 years old, and he currently weighs 42lbs. His foster family is working with him on his weight loss. Tonic's owner could no longer care for him, so he finds himself with rescue. He is up to date on all of his vet care, and has recently been neutered. He is crate trained and housetrained. He is a sweet boy but can be a little shy until he gets to know you. He seems to get along well with most other dogs, but has not been tested with cats or children. A securely fenced yard is required for Tonic's adoptive home. If you're interested in meeting or adopting Tonic, the first step would be filling out an adoption application via our website scsheltierescue.com. His adoption donation is $350. OCTOBER 2026
