Toffee $450

Toffee is a Great Pyrenees mix who weighs 65 pounds at barely a year old. She has such a kindhearted personality, and her tendency to be a little clueless sometimes only makes us love her more.

While she still enjoys exercise and playtime, Toffee is surprisingly low energy for her age. She loves taking her sweet time on walks, stopping along the way to watch the world around her. But don't let that fool you. She's still a puppy and can certainly find herself in a little mischief from time to time!

She's made great progress with potty training in just a few weeks and continues to improve. When she first arrived at Rey of Hope, she needed a couple of weeks to decompress and learn that she could trust the people around her. Once she felt safe and comfortable, her bubbly personality started to shine.

She's now a happy, wiggly girl who is just as gentle and sweet as ever. Toffee is very submissive with her doggy pals and is phenomenal with cats. She has really thrived having other dogs in her foster home to look to for guidance and confidence. Because of that, Toffee will require another confident dog in her forever home. Toffee is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly preventatives.

Apply here: www.reyofhoperescue.org/adopt

Rey of Hope Rescue is a locally based dog & cat rescue in Milwaukee serving all of SE Wisconsin.
