Toby

Toby is a pure bred Shiz Tzu who has had three homes in his life. The first one was a bit rough. For all of this, he is a very sweet little fellow. He is somewhere between 8 to 10 years old and in good health. He is a very muscular fellow and weighs 24 pounds. He was neutered in August of 2025. <br/><br/>Likes: Toby loves to meet all other dogs and is very sure of himself. He loves to meet most people. He will chase cats if they run, but if they do not, he will generally not pursue them. If he knows the cat, he will do well with them. Toby loves car rides. He loves to be taken to visit other people and dogs and would make a great therapy dog, as he is so friendly and confident.<br/><br/>Dislikes: Do not pull Toby by his collar. If you want to lead him somewhere, just say in a happy voice “Toby, do you want to go for a walk?” and attach his leash. Walking is always a happy event. Toby LOVES to go for walks. <br/><br/>An ideal home for Toby would be one where he can be with the people as much as possible. If he needs to stay home by himself, he will generally just sleep on wherever his sleeping place is until his people come back.
