Toby was one of 4 dogs rescued from South Texas. They were surviving in the woods next to a very busy highway. Matted and hungry, he was so thankful to be rescued. He’s now been vaccinated, neutered, and is loving foster care. Toby is very dog friendly buts little shy around new people. He’s still learning that not everyone will abandon him.
