Despite what he has been through, Toby is nothing but sweet, loving, and full of joy. Toby is super affectionate and energetic. He loves to play, loves being around people, and never meets a stranger! He is a very social little guy who is always ready to make a new friend. And fair warning—Toby comes with lots of doggy kisses! His perfect family must be willing to receive plenty of kisses because that's how Toby shows his love!<br/>Toby is crate trained, but he would much rather sleep inside the house with his family. He is currently working on his house training and will need patience, consistency, and a routine as he continues learning.
