While we believe Toby was loved he was not in great shape. His fur was badly matted and he will be shaved down to even out his coat. No worries his fur will grow back and this handsome boy will look amazing. Toby is sweet but we don’t believe he got exposure to other dogs or even much outside time. Toby is young at about 16 months old he just needs someone to show him love and let him be a normal dog. His foster mom says he is doing fine with her three dogs but would really prefer to be in someone’s lap. Toby has been fully vetted and is healthy so he is ready for a family. If you think you could be a good fit for Toby please let us know. Shamrock does require a fenced in yard for Toby.
