Toby

Toby is a 9yr chi mix from a hoarding home of over 80 little dogs. He has missing fur around his eyes from all the ammonia he was subjected to. This boy was a bit shy the first few days of arriving to Wisconsin but hes flourished over time.<br/>He greets his foster mom with play bows and loves to snuggle. Hes a bit more leary of men and small children but isnt about to turn down yummy cheese from anyone.<br/><br/>Toby does well with other dogs (he just needs to eat alone) and great with kitties. He is NOT potty trained (he does mark in a new home but is easy to belly band) his foster family is working very hard to get him comfortable on a leash. He has successfully completed two walks However, he does still panic with loud quick noises or tension on the leash. Toby is going to need someone very understanding patient and loving.
