He is leash trained and likes to walk on a leash, can sit, lay down, and stay. Toby has shown resource guarding issues with a crate. Toby would do best as a guard dog for a fenced in business. He does bond with people but would not make a good pet. He is best used as dog guard only. If you have a junkyard, car parts, fenced in business, he can stay inside the area or
building as a guard dog. He is the perfect guardian. If you want to guard your fenced in yard any situation
you would need. He would not make a good inside pet. He does not do well in a kennel because he
guards it. Please help with Toby he deserves to be
out of rescue or sponsor Toby so we have the ability to keep him here. Toby herds the other dogs here, the behavior shows maybe a LBG with large animals. His fee will be faced in lieu of a FB Fundraiser. Please take him! Toby has been stuck in rescue for quite a long time at great expense with extensive training costs, and the cost of being in the shelter, and we need to be able to find him a home so we can save other dogs that are stuck in kill shelters.
