Toby's Story

Congrats to Toby and his new dad!!!!<br/><br/>Toby is a 1 year old, deaf boy. Don't let the deafness fool you, Toby is a very smart boy. He has already learned several commands using hand signals. Toby weighs about 13 lbs, but likely needs to gain about 1-2 lbs. Toby is very affectionate and people focused. He loves to play with other IGs. Toby loves to snuggle. <br/><br/>Toby is being fostered in Alford (panhandle), but can be adopted anywhere in the state of Florida.
