He doesn't quite live up to his name, he is approx 25 pounds and legs growing like a weed! This sweet little guy arrived to our care when he found himself in Penn Vets ER after suspected to have been hit by a car. His torn up paw pads and skin have since healed up, and his orthopedic images this week showed all normal structure (no fractures, or injuries!) <br/><br/>Toad is a typical puppy. He has tons of playful energy between nap time. His adopter will need to be ready to provide patience and structure to help him become the best behaved boy. Toad loves to please and trying his best to master walking on a leash & learn basic good boy commands. Toad loves to be involved in anything you're doing. He is a curious boy with confidence, who loves to have fun. He is still learning how cool squeaky toys are, and enjoys playing in the hose <br/><br/>Toad is fostered with other dogs & a dog savvy cat. He does not require another dog, but would love one! An adopter who will consistently continue to socialize him with other pups will keep him happy. Toad is crate trained, and crated daily. He is also house trained when kept on a schedule. <br/><br/>Toad is fostered in the Philadelphia suburbs.
