TITUS's Story
Titus is a big boy, about six years old and 65 to 70 pounds. He walks well on leash and is mostly house trained, but he is very food-motivated and treats and more frequent outings should make the process fairly easy. He does jump a bit when he is on leash but can be talked out of it by someone with a treat and a firm command. Because of his jumping he should probably not go to a home with small children. Titus does like people and has done well with dogs he has met at the shelter but may react badly to a dog who tries to jump on him. So he must meet and interact with any dog he may live with. Titus has been at the shelter for a long time (four years) and really yearns for a home to call his own where he can have a fenced yard to explore and a family who will give him the TLC and belly rubs he has been missing.
