Titus's Story

Viewable in Shelter: Yes, in dog kennels.

Meet Titus!

Titus is our resident shelter baby, and staff and volunteers have completely fallen in love with him and his adorable little quirks!

As you can see in the photos, Titus has Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy, which has caused his front paws to look like little flippers. He does not let this slow him down one bit. He loves to play, explore, splash in the pool, and snuggle up with his favourite humans.

We are still learning what Titus's future will look like. His condition may improve on its own, but he will need pain management, and there is a possibility he may need surgery down the road. For now, we are taking things one day at a time and working closely with his veterinary team to keep him comfortable and happy.

Titus absolutely loves other dogs and is already making new friends who are helping show him the ropes. After a tough start to life, this sweet boy is ready for a safe, loving home where he can keep being the happy, playful puppy he is.
***

Thank you for your interest in adopting!
