Titan’s FAQs

What is Bright Point Rescue’s adoption process?

Our adoptables are fully vetted, up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption, with the exception of puppies under 6 months of age. In those instances, the puppies are adopted with a spay/neuter agreement stating the adopter agrees to spay/neuter after 6 months of age (per our vet's recommendation). Our process: Complete a Petfinder inquiry. IF there is not a meet-and-greet/pending adoption already scheduled and we are still in search of the perfect home then: One of our adoption counselors will contact you to discuss the adoption of the pet that you are interested in. A meet-and-greet is scheduled so that you can meet your potential family member. After a successful meet-and-greet, if our adoptable is a match for you/your family, adoption is finalized! Please understand that we are (by design) a very small volunteer-run rescue. Our puppies, kittens and purebred adoptables often get a great deal of inquiries and we do not conduct phone interviews for everyone who inquires, as we do not have the resources for that type of follow-up. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Thank you for considering a Bright Point Rescue adoptable!
