MEDICAL: up to date on Rabies, DHLPP, Bordatella; bloodwork is good; on heartworm and flea/tick prevention<br/><br/>PERSONALITY: Tipsey is an almost 4 year old, old 10lbs Rat Terrier mix. Tipsey is shy at first but warms up quickly and would love to be a lap dog. She is timid at first with new dogs but has started to try and play with her foster brother. She is very sweet and just wants to spend time with her person. Now that she has settled into a routine she has done very well with housetraining. She is crate trained and could use a little leash work but loves going on walks.
