Tippy Tuna's Story

Tiny but mighty... meet Tippy Tuna

At just 9 weeks old, this little girl has already been through more than most dogs ever should. Tippy Tuna was surrendered to a shelter after being attacked by a larger dog, and unfortunately the shelter didn't have the resources to treat the extent of her injuries. But her story didn't end there-it was just the beginning of a new chapter

Now safe in a loving foster home, Tippy Tuna is finally getting the care, comfort, and love she deserves. She'll be seeing our vet ASAP to fully assess her injuries and map out the best path forward, but what we do know is that this brave little nugget is dealing with a broken elbow and a broken shoulder

Despite everything, her spirit is still so bright. She's tiny-maybe a Chihuahua mix with the cutest little toes you've ever seen-and she just wants to be close, to feel safe, and to be loved. And we promise, she is so, so loved

The road ahead may not be easy, but Tippy Tuna is not facing it alone. We'll be sharing updates along the way as we learn more about her treatment and recovery. Right now, she needs all the good thoughts, healing vibes, and support we can send her way

Welcome to the good life, sweet girl... we've got you from here
