Tippy's Story
Tippy is a blur of black and white as he runs around the yard playing with other small dogs. Though he was a throw-away, he is gem in a small package with a delicate face for a sweet boy. He is petite in size with the tip of his tail being white. He is about 5 months old and weighs about 5 lbs being some sort of a Terrier mix, maybe a Parsons Terrier. He is very smart and has excellent house manners. He learned how to go thru the mesh screen door in just a few hours. He plays with great puppy exuberance and is a joy to be around. He plays with all his toys but doesn't destroy any of them. He is eager to learn new things as well as commands. He is a very quick learner. He gets along with cats and small dogs. He hasn't met any big dogs yet. He does love to be held but learning new things commands most of his attention. Due to his tiny size children 10 years and older are recommended. Tippy would do best in a household with someone at home to continue his socialization and training.

(An adoption fee of $500 is required.)
If you are interested in this dog, please go to the Adopt page of our website where you will find a link to an adoption application form. https://www.chewdogrescue.org/adopt

If you have previously submitted an application form to CHEW, there is no need to reapply. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up to date with current vaccinations before being placed in their forever homes.
