Meet Tipper! <br/>Tipper is a sweet, shy 4 year old girl who is still learning to trust people. It takes her a little time to come out of her shell. <br/>But after she knows & trusts you; then, she wants to be close and is definitely a 'certified snuggler'!<br/><br/>She is crate trained, housebroken and quiet and calm in the house. She knows sit and down but has a hard time concentrating when she is nervous.
