Tinkerbell's Story

Meet Tinkerbell: Tinkerbell came to us after her owner found herself facing homelessness. Through no fault of her own, this sweet girl suddenly lost the home and person she knew-and now she's trying to make sense of a noisy shelter that feels nothing like the life she once had. Tinkerbell is a sweet dog with a big heart and an even bigger need for someone to tell her everything is going to be okay. When Tinkerbell first meets you, she may be shy and nervous. She's not sure who to trust, and honestly, who could blame her? But give this girl a little time, patience, and kindness, and you'll discover her favorite pastime: SNUGGLING!
Once Tinkerbell knows she's safe, she melts into you. She loves being loved and will happily soak up every bit of affection she can get. And if the cuddles stop before she's ready? She may even let out a tiny, soft whine to politely remind you that the snuggle session is not over.
Tinkerbell doesn't understand why she's here. She doesn't understand where her mom went or why the familiar life she knew suddenly disappeared. The shelter is loud and overwhelming, and you can almost see her wondering when she gets to go home. The truth is, Tinkerbell knows she doesn't belong here. And we agree!
This sweet girl deserves a quiet home, a soft place to curl up, and someone who will reassure her that she hasn't been forgotten. We're determined to find Tinkerbell a family who will love her just as deeply as her previous family did and who will make sure she never has to wonder where she belongs again! If you have room in your heart for a shy little girl who blossoms into the sweetest cuddlebug once she trusts you, Tinkerbell is waiting for you!!!
