Meet our Tiny Tina! She is a 6 year old, 8-pound chihuahua that would love to curl up on the couch with you under a soft blanket. Snacks are a bonus! Like a typical chihuahua she loves fiercely and loyally but as always these little beings need a bit of time to warm up.<br/><br/>Tina is now is ready for life of her own as she has cared for more than one litter of puppies. Her bright eyes say it all when they shine with joy when she gets attention all for her. In addition to affection from her people, she loves to watch out the window and run in a fenced yard! She also does well and lives with other small dogs in her foster home plus Tina is potty trained and crate trained!<br/><br/>Being a teensy little ball of joy, she is a bit leery of babies and small children. So a calm home with a fenced yard where she can explore would be perfect as would chihuahua experience! Looking for love wrapped in a small package? Tina is your girl and ready for love! All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals. We are a state licensed, 501c3 nonprofit rescue and the adoption donation may be tax deductible for you.<br/><br/>Thank you for choosing adoption!!
