Tin Man's Story
My name may be Tin Man, but I do have a heart... it's just full of worms! The Wizard said it's a work in progress, but I'm hoping to be all fixed up and ready to find my new furever home in time for Christmas.

I'm a 7 year old,13lb Terrier mix. If I was all black, you may mistake me for another famous visitor to Oz, but my name fits better with my grey and silver coat.

My joints are a little creaky, but nothing a little oil wouldn't fix. Unfortunately, I am a bit picky when it comes to joint supplements. My foster moms are on the hunt for one that I will take willingly.

I am the poster child for the classic "3-3-3" guideline when it comes to adjusting to a new home. For the first few days, I wouldn't eat hardly a thing. My foster moms tried wet food, dry food, canned pumpkin, you name it! Now, I'll eat just about anything you offer me (except those darn joint supplements)!

I was intact and marking my territory all over the place, but I've since been neutered and don't have to wear my jorts anymore. I didn't mind them, but it's nice to feel the breeze too.

I like going for walks with my little brother, Jase. He's a whole 7lbs of yorkie. I'm trying to teach him to stop and smell the flowers once in a while if you know what I mean, but he's a man on a mission. And we love to wrestle! It's WWE every night in my foster home. Jase will tackle me and chew on my legs all day if I let him.

I'm a big fan of toys. Big toys, little toys, squeaky toys, you name it! My foster moms have 2 baskets of toys and I empty them regularly. I prefer to store the toys under the coffee table and under their bed.

My heartworm treatments will finish in early December, and once the Wizard gives me a clean bill of health, I'll be ready for adoption. Looking forward to finding my furever home....there's no place like home!

Even though final adoption will have to wait until December, you're welcome to apply for me now directly on our website www.allgooddogsrescue.org.
