Timber - ADOPTION PENDING 's Story
Meet Timber!

Timber is a fun-sized "little muppet" who is ready to live a big life. Weighing in at 29 lbs, he packs a lot of personality into his fluffy body. He is currently doing wonderful in his foster home; he is happy playing with his foster siblings, respectful of the resident cat, and loves affection from both children and adults. Timber is especially fond of cuddling and getting belly scratches.

While he has plenty of energy, he is also happy to chill on the couch for a movie night. As he is still very much a puppy, he has a few things to learn but is eager to please and participates well in training sessions. His typical puppy behaviors include:

- Mouthiness: He has a very soft "golden mouth" but is still learning to keep it off humans during play.
- Jumping: He is a bit of a jumper—both on people and countertops—so it is best not to leave food out!
- Toys: He adores his toys and loves to empty them out of the toy bin one by one.
- Shoes: He occasionally mistakes shoes and slippers for toys, so those should be kept put away.

Timber is crate trained, sleeps quietly through the night, and is house-trained. He is generally a quiet dog, only barking at dangerous threats- like the mailman.

Timber would make a great little companion as an only dog or with doggy friends .

Interested applicants should be able to share how you would keep Timber socialized and safe .

GHR ONLY ADOPTS TO ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 25 AND PUPPIES WHERE CHILDREN ARE OVER THE AGE OF 6 AND TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME FOR THEM.

It doesn't matter where the pups are from; it only matters where they live the rest of their lives. If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application at www.goldenhuggs.org, this is the first step in the process. The adoption fee $585 which includes age appropriate shots, spay , and a microchip.
