Tilly is located north of Toronto, Canada.<br/><br/>This pretty lady is Tilly ! Tilly truly is such a calm and loving girl; she is crate-trained, potty-trained, and does very well on leash. Tilly is a great boat dog!<br/><br/>Tilly is a beautiful Foxhound mix, weighing in at about 23.5 kg/52 lbs. She's estimated to be 6-7 years old. Tilly is a very smart girl. She can also open some doors and gate latches. She also will find food on counters and open the garbage can when you're not home! She should stay in a crate when you are away.<br/><br/>Tilly is destructive when left loose in an empty home for too many hours. A family who has someone home much of the time is best. <br/><br/>Tilly is very people-focused and super-affectionate. She loves to please her humans. She knows her basic commands such as come, sit, stay, down, and leave it.<br/><br/>Tilly does well with other medium or large dogs in the home. She is an alpha female who will protect her food from other resident dogs but you can feed her in a crate. <br/><br/>Tilly LOVES going to day care and the dog park and does great with dogs of all sizes, running around, exploring, and playing with other dogs.<br/><br/>Tilly has not been exposed to young children. We are recommending a home with respectful children ages 13+. A calm home environment that will allow ample decompression time is what Tilly deserves. Her paws were partially frozen from living outdoors in a muddy area on a chain and a kind woman asked to take her and heal her paws.
