Tilly's Story

Meet Tilly!
This blonde-haired, blue-eyed baby doll is as funny as she is adorable. She makes her own fun, tossing her favorite stuffed monkey or tennis ball into the air and then chasing it down herself. And the zoomies? Watching her bounce around like a little kangaroo is one of life’s great pleasures.

Tilly gets along beautifully with both my small dog and my big Bernedoodle. When she’s done playing, she loves to crawl inside my coat or sweater, bury herself in my armpit, and settle in for a snuggle. Personal space is apparently something other dogs worry about.

With her light coat, Tilly is firmly in the “why do we live in Minnesota?” camp as the weather gets colder. She appreciates warmth, cozy layers, and a human willing to double as a heating pad. She enjoys a good chew and hasn’t discovered shoes...yet. We are choosing to celebrate that while it lasts.

She’s also figured out how to get pretty much anything she wants: bat those blonde eyelashes, aim those devastating blue eyes at her human, and wait for said human to become a puddle of mush. It’s an effective system.

And the EARS. Those ears deserve their own paragraph. When she runs, she tucks them back for maximum aerodynamics. When she sleeps, sometimes one stays up while the other clocks out. They have their own personalities, and both are ridiculous.

Tilly is a little comedian, a champion snuggler, and an expert at wrapping people around her tiny paw. Her forever family is going to be very lucky—and probably a little warmer with her tucked inside their sweaters.
If you would like to meet Tilly, please visit spotslaststop.org and fill out an application.
