Tilly's Story

Tilly is very timid and skittish even though she’s been with her foster home for a couple of months. She doesn’t walk on a leash yet but when she does, she might be very scared of any noise or sudden movements. Taking time in her foster home with leash training.

She is great with other dogs and would most likely be fine with cats. When she first came to her foster home she was scared of everything. She has learned to follow the other dogs in from outside but she requires being picked up and carried to go out. She goes potty outside and will also use a pee pad.

Her foster mom believes at first she’ll need to be a lap dog until she becomes totally trusting of her human. You’ll have to pick her up and put her on your lap, but she’ll stay on your lap as long as you want.

This sweet girl has had a hard life and deserves a patient and loving companion that understands her fears.
