Name: Tillie
No
Age: 13 weeks as of 3/18/19

Activity level: High. My foster mom says that I have that crazy puppy energy. I love to play and wrestle my foster sisters. Sometimes I do not know my limits with my foster sisters so they are teaching me boundaries.

Things I do in my free time: I love to run around play with other dogs. I love running around and chasing my foster sisters. I like to chew on toys and LOVE treats! I am very food motivated. I really enjoy exploring especially PetSmart and Chuck n Don’s (I get SO many treats and love from all the humans that meet me). I recently came up here from Texas, so I am new to this MN weather and that white stuff on the ground. Foster mom says that I do not have to worry too much about that, as it should be gone soon. I recently had surgery and they had to remove my back leg due to an injury I had when I arrived at the shelter in Texas. Although I am a tripod, it sure does not slow me down. I am slowly working on steps currently. I am great at going up the stairs, but I still have some trouble going down them.

Things I know: I know most of the time how to sit and kennel. I am very good in my kennel and sleep in it each night. However, I do know that when I go in my kennel mom gives me a yummy treat! When I go in my kennel, I usually fall asleep and even snore. I also like to eat in my kennel where I feel safe.

Things I am learning: I am working on no, stay, go potty, outside and no bite. I just have so much energy and I have a hard time sitting still right now. Like my foster mom says, I LOVE food so I am willing and getting good at working on these. Foster mom also working on touch my face while I am eating treats and food. I am not sure why she does this but it is really hard to eat sometimes when she does, but somehow I find a way.

Kids: I love them, though as I am still learning how not to take toys and food from them. Also, mom says I have shark teeth so I need to be careful around the wee little ones.

Dogs: Love them, sometimes a bit too much. So ones that like to play hard and don’t mind my love to play are best.

Cats: I like to play, so I may need direction if I'm being too much or it’s a shy cat, but there's no aggression issues here!

Size: Foster mom thinks I may be a medium size dog, I have some pretty decent paws.

Car Rides: Great in my kennel.

Additional Info: Tillie loves meeting everyone. She is so full of life and puppy love. She loves to give kisses and play. Sometimes if you are not playing how she wants, she can be a bit vocal. Foster mom thinks when I get to that point I am being dramatic and overly tired so I take a quick nap in my kennel and then I am ready to play hard again. Since I am a new tripod, I get tired walking sometimes and need to take some breaks. FM says I doing really well building up strength on my back leg. She tells me pretty soon nothing will slow me down.
