Tiffany is packed with sweetness, wiggles, and just the right amount of zoomies! She is the perfect petite size for couch cuddles AND outdoor adventures - she's basically the best of both worlds.<br/><br/>Tiffany is a little shy but gets along great with other dogs and would love a playful sibling... or she'll happily soak up all the attention herself! Her absolute favorite things in life? BELLY RUBS. If you've got hands, she's got a tummy ready and waiting. She has also met a cat and pretty much ignored him.<br/><br/>She's got that classic hound charm - curious, loving, and always ready to follow her nose (usually straight to you for snuggles). Whether she's romping around with doggy friends or curling up beside you for cuddle time, Tiffany is happiest when she's with her people. She would do best in a home with children 12+, as younger children can make her nervous.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, tail-wagging best friend who will adore you endlessly, Tiffany is your girl! <br/><br/>*Note: Tiffany tested Lyme+ in 2025 and has since completed her antibiotic treatment. Our dogs and cats are not first come/first serve. We place pets with the home that is the best fit for them. Not all animals are good in all homes, whether it’s their personalities, nature, or breed. We base our decision on what’s best for the dog or cat and the family. Thank you for understanding! Our Shelter is now operating. However, please note that the shelter is NOT open to the public and is by appointment only and only for persons with approved applications on file. Some may ask, "Why isn't the shelter open for walk through visits? Why do I have to make an appointment to see the animals?" At O.S.C.A.R., one of our highest priorities is the health and well-being of the animals in our care. Unlike city shelters or pounds, whose residents are in place for a short time, as a no-kill shelter, our pets can be with us for a longer period of time. The shelter is the only safe place and home they know. When strangers, even well-meaning ones looking to adopt, walk through the shelter, it stresses our animals. We make appointments for potential adopters to meet our dogs either in our Bark Yard or one of our meeting rooms. We'll spend as much time as you need and introduce you to as many animals as you'd like to meet in order to make the best match and help you find the perfect new family member! Adoption Process 1.
