Tibet's Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com

Tibet is a 6-year-old, 13-pound Shih Tzu mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This sweet boy is incredibly friendly and truly enjoys everyone he meets — adults, children, and other dogs alike. He hasn’t met cats yet, but his easygoing nature suggests slow introductions would be best. Tibet is potty trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He knows “come” and loves getting out for strolls just as much as he loves curling up beside his favorite people. While he doesn’t have much interest in toys, he absolutely adores companionship. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy who just wants to be near you, Tibet is your guy.

He may not love going into his crate, but he settles in quickly once inside. He’s also not particularly food motivated — his reward of choice is affection and being close to his humans. Tibet was diagnosed with chronic dry eye in his left eye and will need daily eye drops for life. The good news? He’s a total champ about it and takes his drops without fuss. With this simple routine, he continues to live a happy, comfortable life. Tibet is the kind of dog who will happily follow you from room to room, keeping you company and soaking up every bit of love you’re willing to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a sweet temperament and a cuddly heart, Tibet is ready to meet you.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.

MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit.

Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100.

For more information about training offered by MBR Farm please visit http://www.mbrfarm.com

Age: 6 years
Adoptions fee: $350
