Meet Tias! He's a small, spicy 10 year-old possible Chi, rat terrier mix. His owner passed away, and he found himself in a very high volume shelter, scared, confused and alone. He will be going next Monday to finish his vetting, which will also include a full dental and neuter. He gets along with other dogs, but he’s really not interested in them. He’d rather be with his person. He seems very unsure of everything. He may not have been in the best of homes. He is sweet and likes to cuddle. He goes to the bathroom outside, but we are working on his house breaking. Would love to find him a quiet, loving home with maybe an older person or a couple where he will be showered with love and affection. This poor little guy needs to have someone help him build his confidence.
