Tia's former owner said she "needed a real family." <br/><br/>When our rescue partner took her in, she was covered in fleas, her collar was filthy and her nails were way too long. She was also several pounds underweight.<br/>Despite the horrible neglect, you could tell that she absolutely loved her owner. <br/><br/>Welcome to your new life, sweet girl. You are loved and will never be treated like that again.<br/><br/>Tia is about 30lb terrier mix, 1.5 years old. Spayed and UTD on shots.
