Thunder

Thunder is a fun loving, young shepherd mix who thinks he is a lap dog. Thunder has been here since he was just a tiny puppy, he spent several months growing up here at the shelter, until he was adopted earlier this year in July. Yesterday, he was unfortunately returned to the shelter. He was a puppy who had never been taught how to play with young children. He didn't know that he was supposed to be careful not to knock them down or that play-biting hurts. His return was not his fault. Now that he's back, he is extremely stressed out and we are praying that we can find him a loving home ASAP! Thunder is such a smart boy, very food motivated, his previous owners said he was potty trained and they crated him when no one was home to watch him. He walks well on a leash and does well with most other dogs too. He can sometimes be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up he is the sweetest, most loving boy!
