Thor

Thor is a 10 month old male Siberian Husky/Bull Mastiff/Doberman mix. Thor is looking for a very special adopter - one that can dedicate time and experience in handling non-aggressive, skittish, unsocialized dogs. As a puppy, Thor was not socialized around humans and has a hard time trusting people. He is polite from a distance and prefers to keep a safe circle around him. Thor is vaccinated and keeps his indoor kennel clean. Thor has been working on leash training with staff. Thor enjoys being around other dogs and being outdoors laying in the sun, lounging in the pool, and watching everything happen around him. Thor does some alert barking but otherwise is very polite. He is a special needs dog based on his shy behavior and would need a fenced in yard if off leash. Thor needs to get out of the shelter and in to a home where he can continue to grow confidence around humans and live his best life.
